Seller will guarantee the puppy against life threatening Hereditary conditions until puppy reaches
one year of age. Proof from veterinarian is required of hereditary condition. If puppy is found to have a
hereditary condition puppy will be returned to seller within 7 days and he/she will be replaced as soon as another puppy
is available. If Buyer chooses to keep puppy and treat it Seller will refund Buyer 25% of puppy purchase
price.
If puppy shall die before puppy reaches one year of age a autopsy must be performed within 24hours
of death. Seller must be immediately notified. Proof is required clearly stating cause of death. If hereditary cause, replacement
puppy will be given. Seller does not guarantee against any internal or external parasites, worms, any minor treatable
conditions or minor cosmetic conditions. Seller does not guarantee against patellar luxation or tracheal collapse because
of environmental factors. No guarantee is given as to size, color, or temperament. Once puppy reaches one year of age,
no guarantee, exchanges will be given.
Buyer agrees to never surrender this dog to a shelter. Buyer agrees to notify seller if it becomes necessary to rehome
pet.
Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian fees, medications, testings, treatments and any other type of
fees after puppy leaves seller. Shipping costs are not refundable and seller is not responsible for any shipping
costs if necessary.
This health and sales agreement is non transferable.
